I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).

I have passed NACHI's on-line inspector examination.

I have completed NACHI's Code of Ethics obstacle course and abide by it.

I have passed NACHI's Standards of Practice test and follow them.

I fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education every year.

I have performed over 1,000 home inspections for very satisfied buyers throughout Fairfield and New Haven Counties.

I own and use high tech equipment (combustible gas leak detector, CO detector, deep penetrating but non-invasive moisture meter, laser guided temperature sensors, and more).

I am available to fit your schedule.

I generate detailed yet easy to read written reports and deliver them to you on site. Your report is uploaded to a secure password protected internet accessible database for future reference and downloadability. It can be easily accessed by your real estate agent and attorney if you wish, without the need to fax.

I am licensed and fully insured (E&O and general liability insurance).
